The property is leased exclusively for tourism purposes pursuant to Article 1, paragraph IIº letter c, Law 431/98 of Italian regulation.
Domestic water, electricity and gas utilities are included in the price. Tourist tax is excluded from the lease and will be paid in cash upon arrival.
Deposit for damage cover: You have to consider paying an extra of € 300 the week
before the arrival by Paypal (deposit fee).
If there is no damage, the return will take place within a maximum of 3 days
after checkout.
if any damage is found, it will take adequate time to evaluate it.
Changes / Cancellations: A departure before the expiry date of the stay does not give the right to any refund of the rent.
Modification/Cancellations: A departure before expiry date of the
stay does not entitle you to any refund. Cancellation up to 30 days
before check-in entitle you to a full refund. Cancellation up to 14 days
before check-in a 30% of total amount will be retained and beyond this
deadline a 50% of the price will be retained.
Payments: To confirm the booking, after checking availability, you pay a percentage of 30%
through credit card, debit or Paypal through the portal
secure payment PAYPAL.
10 days before arrival you will be asked to pay the remaining balance with the same method or directly in cash upon arrival.
Damage cover: The
security deposit for any damages is always required via the Paypal platform
before the check-in to facilitate the repayment of the amount.
Condition and rules of the rent The tenant agreed that accept the house rules before the reservation and undertakes to respect them. Especially must be agreed that:
- The owner is not responsible for any values leaves in the house or in the parking lot in the street.
- The tenant must do close the wooden door and wooden window closet by keys to prevent any rob and damages every time is not in the house.
- Barbecue are not allowed in summer and dry season.
- Smoke is not allowed in the house. Outside is just permitted with ashtray made special care to prevent fires.
- Pets are allowed just in low season or for longer stay with an extra fee.
- The keys of the apartment will be delivered on the last day of the rental.
