Colleccio is a renovated country house in a hamlet of the 1300s in Lucca with a panoramic terrace and equipped kitchen. It is just 12 km from the city walls. Perfect for those who love the taste of history, authenticity, and flavors in Tuscany. Surrounded by oak and broom woods you will find two completely independent housing units, the old oven, the farm's kitchen and a mental coach studio.
In this bucolic corner of the hills of Lucca you can take a break and warm up with a hot herbal tea in the solarium or in the cozy rooms with wooden beams. In the right olive grove you can relax in a hammock under the branches of the trees, observe the sky, take a break from the frenetic pace. We are at your disposal to organize trekking, tastings and cooking workshops that will make your experience unique.

The cities of Pisa and Viareggio are very close just 20 km away. You can visit whenever you feel like it in a day. Just 15 minutes by car, we recommend visiting the Apuan Alps Park with beautiful treks, karst caves and breathtaking views of the sea. If you want to go to the sea, to the west there is Viareggio with its beaches. To the south there is Pisa for a nice evening concert and a cultural walk. Definitely, you are in a convenient location to discover northern Tuscany and enjoy healthy relaxation.

Events and place to be

In February, there is the most beautiful carnival floats in Italy, in Viareggio. In March you have to visit the Village of Camellias with an extraordinary collection of plants and thematic paths on flower. In spring, you can not miss a walk to the recently restored historical garden of Villa Reale di Marlia or visit the countless Tuscan historic villas and their gardens. In july and Agoust there is the magnifest Puccini festival on the Torre del Lago lake. In October, you cannot miss the Lucca comics festival.
All year round, for fantasy's lovers, there is the Collodi Park, open with artists sculptures that evoke the fairy tale of Pinocchio. An other option is visiting wine and oil cellars and let yourself be lulled by the flavors of our cuisine.
In summer, you can refresh at the Geological karst cave of Corchia, in the seaside of Lecciona sandunes, take a bath in the river at the Canyon Park of Bagni di Lucca or trekking on the Alps trails.

Conditions

Low season: 1st October / 10th April excluded Lucca comics dates and Christmas holiday. Minimum stay: 2 nights.

High season: 11th April / 30th September, Lucca comics dates and Christmas holidays. Minimum stay: 4 nights.

 One week: 6 nights / 7 days. A discount of 7% is applied from 10th night.

Non-smoking space. Pets are allowed with an extra.

Tourist tax: € 7.50 / person (paying in cash at the arrival). Free for children under 14 years old.

Deposit: You have to consider paying an extra of € 300 the week before the arrival by paypal or choosing the option by bank transfer during the reservation.

Modification/Cancellations: A departure before expiry date of the stay does not entitle you to any refund. Cancellation up to 30 days before check-in entitle you to a full refund. Cancellation up to 14 days before check-in a 30% of total amount will be retained and beyond this deadline a 50% of the price will be retained.

Payments: To confirm the booking, after checking availability, you pay a percentage of 30% through credit card, debit or Paypal through the portal secure payment PAYPAL.

10 days before arrival you will be asked to pay the remaining balance with the same method or directly in cash upon arrival.

Security deposit: The security deposit for any damages is always required via the Paypal platform to facilitate the repayment of the amount. If there is no damage, the return will take place within a maximum of 3 days after checkout, if any damage is found, it will take adequate time to evaluate it.
